Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center, BluePearl PA, is a 24/7 emergency pet clinic that has 3 locations operating in Levittown PA, Philadelphia PA, and Conshohocken PA. Providing a safe and secure place for our associates to work and our clients to visit is number one; this is where RCS International comes in.
We needed a company that could meet our high demands when it came to safety and security. We have been working with RCS for over 4 years. They provide us with our badge access system, activated door locks, and CCTV system for all three locations.
When initially looking for a provider we met with several companies and RCS Internationals pricing and service were second to none.
As the Facilities Manager for a 3 site 24/7 operation I run into issues at all hours of the night and day. I need a company that will also respond 24/7, RCS meets this requirement. I make a call to RCS and I have a tech on-site within 2 hours. The techs communicate to me directly and give me a detailed report of the issue and the recommended repair and in most cases the repair can be made same day. This same day repair equates to an almost zero down time from the time they troubleshoot the issue. This is vital for a 24/7 operations such as ours.
We recently worked with RCS on two new construction projects as well. Meeting and planning with RCS was a great experience. They took the time to look over our plans and they listened to what we wanted and made appropriate recommendations to help cut down on cost and improve work flow.
Kevin Saliba from RCS always picks up the phone when I call. I am never told to contact the tech department or told to call a 1-800 number. Customer service is fantastic.
